Charlie Fetscher
Charlie has been active in Republican politics since nominating Barry Goldwater at a mock convention at Richmond Hill High School in Queens, New York City in 1964. In August 2004 Charlie won 72% of the vote to become Republican Executive Committeeman for Palm Beach County District 43.
He has had numerous letters published in the Palm Beach Post advocating conservative positions and supporting Republican candidates. He has volunteered countless hours campaigning door-to-door for Governor Jeb Bush in 2002 and for President Bush in 2000 and 2004.
Charlie moved to Wellington in June 1995. In November 2002, Charlie joined Credit Card Management Services (CCMS), a non-profit credit counseling and education agency in West Palm Beach as Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive experience in management with International Business Machines (IBM) in Poughkeepsie, New York. After 26 years with IBM, Charlie worked seven years in Orthopaedics in Palm Beach County as an x-ray technologist assisting in office management and supporting physicians with the day-to-day operation of the practice before joining CCMS.
Charlie received a Bachelor of Arts from the State University College of New York at New Paltz in 1980 and a two year Radiologic technology Certificate from the Danbury (Connecticut) School of Radiologic Technology in 1995.
Charlie lives in Wellington, Florida with his wife Kathy. They have four children and eight grandchildren.
